Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MVDT piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@mvdtcollection.com before sending your item. Once your request has been approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as MVDT Collection cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your piece, please contact us before returning your item. Once we have received and approved your return, we'll arrange your exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your piece is damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Custom made or personalised jewellery, unless the item is faulty or does not match your order.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are legally entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

As MVDT Collection offers a 30-day return policy, your right of withdrawal is fully covered within this extended return period. The same return conditions apply: items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
